Structure of Broad Bean Deoiling Machine:

The deoiler is mainly composed of a separation system, a filter bin, a discharge bin, a transmission system and an electric control device. The main component is the inner pot, and the inner pot is surrounded by small holes, and the fried food is placed in the inner pot. The set feeding funnel and discharging chamber can easily de-oil the fried food. There is a movable baffle at the bottom of the deoiler, and the material can be discharged by pulling the baffle.

Working Principle of Deoiling Machine for Broad Beans

1. The fried broad beans are directly poured into the deoiler from the discharge system. The motor drives the inner tank to rotate at high speed through the belt. As a result, a large centrifugal force is generated, and the oil is thrown out through the small holes on the inner tank, and is collected and discharged uniformly.
2. After the deoiling is completed, the lower warehouse door is automatically opened, and the broad beans are automatically dropped onto the conveyor belt at the lower end, and then transported to the seasoning machine or packaging machine by the conveyor belt. Realize the whole process of production, simple and convenient.

 

Precautions for the use of snack food deoiler

1. After each shift of the equipment is completed, the impurities inside the outer barrel should be cleaned, and the screws that fix the rotating barrel should be checked for looseness. If it is found that the drum is unstable or shakes violently during operation, it should be checked whether the fixing bolts are broken or loose, or too much material has been added.
2. After the work is completed, if there is still oil on the surface of the food, it means that the value of “Working Time Control” is set too small, you should turn off the power switch and reset the “Working Time Control” value.
