1. Cleaning and grading

2. Soaking broad beans

Soak the pretreated broad beans at room temperature for about 30 hours, when the broad beans are about to germinate and are easy to peel;

3. Opening

After taking out the soaked broad beans, cut them along the axial direction, and fry them into orchid beans.

4. Centrifugal dehydration

The broad bean petals treated by the above procedures are dehydrated with a centrifugal dryer.

5. Deep fried

Send the dehydrated broad bean petals to the continuous fryer; fry for 6-8 minutes at 180-190 ℃ with refined vegetable oil or hydrogenated oil with high saturation (in actual production, frying time and batch, oil temperature and other parameters) until the finished product is crispy;

6. Deoiling

Use a centrifuge or a vibrating deoiler to remove the oil attached to the surface of the broad beans after frying.

7. Seasoning

Add powder seasoning as needed and mix well with a continuous roller seasoning machine.

8. Cooling, packing

When the finished product is cooled to room temperature by a cooling machine, it is weighed and packaged by a packaging machine and packaged in a small bag of bags.
