1. The fryer must be placed on a hard level ground and kept level. The installation location is convenient for operation and future inspection and maintenance.

2. It is forbidden to stack sundries around the fryer, and it is strictly forbidden to place flammable items to ensure safety.

3. Do not arbitrarily mobilize various instruments, electronic control devices and safety devices during installation.

4. The installed power supply must be equipped with a leakage protection switch.

5. Do not arbitrarily adjust or replace parts such as safety control insurance with large values.

6. Remove foreign objects in the fryer. Attention should be paid to safety before opening the bottom drain valve, and the operator should avoid the drain outlet to avoid accidents.

7. In order to prolong the service life of the equipment and prevent the heating tube and electric heating tube from being too fouled and burned, it is necessary to regularly remove the grease and oil residue of the fryer.

8. When repairing or replacing parts, the power supply should be cut off first, and the oil should be released. Do not disassemble or assemble with electricity or oil.

9. Before the fryer is used, it must be poured with appropriate oil, and the amount of oil should be determined according to the frying demand. The minimum amount of oil should not be lower than the electric heating tube.

Safety Operation Guide for Gas-Heated Fryer Machine

1. The machine must be installed in a dry and ventilated place, the exhaust gas must be discharged to the outdoor or public flue, and the exhaust pipe must be kept unobstructed. It is forbidden to install in confined spaces or poorly ventilated places.

2. The type of gas indicated by the machine should be strictly used, and it is strictly forbidden to use the liquefied gas cylinder horizontally or upside down, otherwise it will cause the equipment to catch fire.

3. Before the fryer is used, it must be poured with appropriate oil, and the amount of oil should be determined according to the frying demand. The minimum amount of oil should not be lower than the alloy heat exchange surface.

4. When the machine needs to be replaced after use, be sure to clean the dirt on the alloy tube.

5. The casing of the machine should be grounded reliably, and there should be no flammable objects within 5 meters of the machine.

6. When installing the machine, there should be no open wires or other electrical equipment on the upper part of the machine.

7. The relevant parts of the smoke exhaust system should be made of durable, anti-corrosion flame retardant materials.
