Fried Broad Bean Production Process:
Soaking—opening—frying—deoiling—seasoning—cooling—packaging
1. Centrifugal dehydrator
The soaked broad beans are dehydrated with a centrifugal dryer. The dehydrator works on the principle of centrifugal motion, that is, the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at a high speed, and the water on the surface is thrown out.
2. Broad bean frying machine
Send the dehydrated broad beans into the fryer, and start frying the broad beans with refined vegetable oil or hydrogenated oil with high saturation, so that the finished product is crisp;
Frying machine is mainly suitable for small and medium food factories. The equipment comes with a stirring function, so that the material can be fried evenly, automatic temperature control, automatic flipping and discharging, reducing labor costs.
3. Deoiling
Use a centrifuge or a vibration deoiler to remove the oil attached to the surface of the fried broad beans. The deoiler uses centrifugal motion as the working principle to achieve the purpose of deoiling. After the completion, the hydraulic mechanism is lifted to open the lower seal of the deoiling barrel, and the material falls from the bottom.
4. Seasoning
Add powdered seasoning as needed, and mix well through a continuous drum seasoning machine. The seasoning machine can fully automatically control the speed and the capacity of the material, and is suitable for continuous seasoning operations on the assembly line.
Equipped with a spiral powder spreading device, it is not easy to be blocked, so that the seasoning can be evenly sprinkled on the broad beans.
5. Cooling and packaging
When cooling to room temperature with a cooling machine, then weigh and pack with a packaging machine. The packaging machine is high-speed and fully automatic, and the metering device can automatically complete the whole process of weighing, feeding, bag making, filling, date printing, counting, and finished product output.
