Working Process of Peanut Frying Line

1. Continuous Peanut Fryer
This frying machine is mainly suitable for larger food production enterprises. The peanut material is fried in the middle of the upper and lower mesh belts along with the conveyor belt from the inlet to the outlet.
The mesh belt conveying adopts frequency conversion speed regulation motor, the frying time can be set freely, and the temperature is automatically controlled.
2. Fried Peanut Deoiler Machine
The deoiler works on the principle of centrifugal motion. After the deoiling is completed, the hydraulic mechanism lifts to open the lower seal of the deoiling barrel, and the material falls from the bottom.
The whole process is fully automatic, with a high degree of automation, and the deoiling time can be set freely.
3. Peanut Seasoning Machine
